When building for maximum power and high RPM use, consider using one of our Billet Steel crankshafts. Designed to be stronger than the factory crankshaft, we offer a Tuner series billet steel design that has a weight nearly identical to the factory crankshaft and features cross-drilled oiling suitable for high RPM use. The Tuner Series billet crankshaft is available in a 75mm (stock EJ20) or 79mm (stock EJ25) stroke.
The Pro Series crankshaft (pictured) is approximately 4lbs (1.8kg) lighter than stock, for fast engine response, while still maintaining a much higher degree of strength. Available in an 81mm stroke, it features cross-drilled oiling for high RPM use and a unique counterweight design which lowers rotating inertia and reduces friction on crankcase oil and air.
All crankshafts come with 52mm rod bearing journals and may be used with rear or center thrust bearing location. Oil passages are radiused (not pictured) as standard or can be supplied plain (as pictured). High precision computerized balancing standard. Please note that if altering stroke from normal, connecting rods and/or pistons will have to be changed to accommodate.
